The model 1852 saber was most often accompanied by the emblem of the royal crown. Many Spanish bladed weapons had the word ''Artilleria'' on the blade. This is explained by the fact that the artillery had control of the workshops and ensured the management and manufacture of bladed weapons. The absence of the word ''Artilleria'' on the blade is synonymous with a private manufacture of the blade in question and therefore a rarer piece, actively sought after by collectors. Bronze hilt, covered with floral decorations and ''the Spanish crown with two crossed barrels and cannonballs''. Wooden handle with ray/shagreen skin. Superb and very beautiful blade in its juice, to be cleaned, engraved on both sides: ''ANO D 1861'' and ''F.D. TOLEDO''. Presence of hallmarks: ''R 7...'' on the guard. Sheath with two steel rings. Very beautiful and rare piece, complete, pleasant to hold in the hand and even more pleasant to admire in the window! It’s actually the only model on sale on the site!!!
