Beautiful German saber known as "Blucher". In use in the Prussian cavalry and infantry. Based on the model 1811, which was used from the Napoleonic wars (notably at Waterloo) until the mid-20th century. This saber was largely inspired by the English model known as "Model 1796", with the typical guard shape and curved blade, which, it is said, wreaked havoc in the French army.

Stunning shiny blade engraved: "HORSTER SOLINGEN". The grip is made of ray skin with a gilt bronze eagle head. The sheath is made of steel with two rings, chrome-plated. With its knot.
