Superb Belgian briquet saber copied from the French model. Bronze fluted handle, a fixing rivet on each side, no play. The blade is still beautiful, shiny, with some traces due to time, in its original condition. Stitched black leather scabbard, very robust, handle marked "J 450". A simply unique saber that cannot be found in any condition. A similar specimen is displayed in the Royal Army Museum in Brussels, very rare!!!
