Charming pair of Stella chairs from the 1950s in bentwood, with a design typical of the bistro and school chairs of the era.

Their elegant silhouette with armrests and a slatted back gives them a lot of character while remaining visually light.

The chairs have been completely sanded, treated for pests, and then protected with a "bistro" varnish from Liberon, giving them a beautiful satin finish and good resistance to everyday use.

Both are stamped "Stella – Trademark and registered model / A Stella seat will last," an emblematic signature of the brand.

Perfect around a table, in a kitchen, an office, or a vintage, country, mid-century, or family home interior.

Note: one of the two chairs has traces of old woodworm galleries on a front leg. The wood has been treated, the traces are old, and today stabilized. This does not detract from the strength or usability of the chair, but it is part of their history and vintage charm.
