Chair A 846 by Thonet, circa 1925, this production from Thonet Czechoslovakia is quite rare and features a beautiful Art Deco design. The page dedicated to chairs 837, 845, 846, 847, 847F, 848F, and 837 is commonly attributed to Otto Prutscher (see the attached catalogs from Thonet in 1930 and Thonet-Mundus from 1928). Extremely comfortable seating position. Label under the seat. The seat is upholstered in genuine off-white leather, already patinated and in perfect condition.
