Description

Pretty little vintage bronze from the 50s-60s, handcrafted, unsigned. Depicting a woman, or bather, nude and lying in a relaxed position, on her stomach propped up on her crossed arms. Relatively fine details, she is cute. Nice detailed face, hair tied in a bun with strands in the front, small feet. Brown bronze patina. 15cm in length, 5-5.5cm in maximum depth, 5.5-6cm in maximum height. In beautiful condition, clean patina, some scratches and wear under the belly (since she rests on it) small white deposits in the crevices. The casting at the feet and the sculpting work is a bit coarse, with some irregularities typical of handcrafted work. Lovely little collectible lady. Approximately 245-250g. In its original state.
