Description
Lovely little decorative sculpture of Venus, a nude female torso, made of glazed art stoneware and signed in light brown with a sandy texture. Section from the chest to the top of the thighs. Signed craftsmanship by JMB, to be identified, on the left side. Vintage from the 90s. Beautiful curves, brutalist & modernist style, reminiscent of an ethnic and primordial Venus. Sits on its back, 17cm in length, 10-11cm in height, approximately 15cm in width. Very good condition with a manufacturing defect on the top of the right thigh, grain. 3.2kg.
