Very beautiful and unusual, a planter or cooler in dark turquoise blue glazed earthenware, vintage French manufacture from the 60s to 80s. Cylindrical shape with a flared scalloped top, vertically ribbed body, mounted on 3 large stylized lion paws. Beautiful color, very nice Rococo style. Maximum height of 17.5 cm, maximum diameter of 21 cm, maximum inner diameter of 14 cm. In good used condition, some defects, a chip in the glaze at the back of one of the feet, not visible, not bothersome, natural glaze crazing, 2 tiny glaze chips on the rim, one inside and one outside, discreet, 2 small hairline cracks in the glaze on the inner rim, also discreet. Glaze slightly dull. Discreet. Approximately 1 kg.
