Description:

Superb and very rare officer's sabre from the Colombian police. Gilt bronze handle featuring floral decorations typical of Solingen, filigreed, with ray skin and the coat of arms of the Bolivian police, with no play. The blade is in superb condition, with two fullers, engraved with etching. On the right side "REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA" and on the left side "POLICIA NACIONAL," stamped from "CARL EICKHORN SOLINGEN" with "A SQUIRREL," shiny blade in "MUSEUM" condition. The scabbard is chrome-plated, featuring a ring, complete. Dating from the early 20th century. Very rare and 100% original! Serious offers only, please, piece coming from my collection!
