Victoria married her cousin Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha in 1840. Her reign of 63 years and seven months is the second longest in the history of the United Kingdom after that of Elizabeth II. The grip is made of robust leather with the original filigree still present, no play, very massive and solid sabre! The sabre fits perfectly into its scabbard.
