These THONET A 969 F lounge or office/bistro chairs produced between 1925 and 1937 are derived from the design and formats initiated by the Vienna Secession, and this type of model reappears in manufacturers' catalogs during the Art Deco period. Compact proportions, sober design, the legs of the seat also serve as the supports for a curved wooden frame that forms armrests and a backrest, dressed here in simple leather under bronze studs. Very good condition; the leather and the whole upholstery are recent. The Thonet brand label is visible under each seat. Natural beech color under shellac.
