Description
Service tray known as Jostovo (Russia), cradle of the handmade painted metal tray production. This one features a black background highlighted by a golden geometric and floral frieze and a beautiful multicolored floral composition in its center.
It is in generally good condition: the front shows some discreet scratches and signs of use as well as an area of enamel alteration (possibly due to exposure to heat), though without significant aesthetic damage. The back has several scratches from its use. It is stamped Made in USSR, dating it to before 1991.
Dimensions: 45 x 35 x 1.5 cm.
