Beautiful porcelain coffee set by Furnivals, model "Barbeque", Made in England. 1960s. It includes a large coffee pot complete with its lid and five mugs. Its beautiful slender lines and deep olive green (rare for this model!) with a Moorish-inspired pattern give it a distinctive character. The cooking marks and variations in glazing give it a unique appearance and testify to the craftsmanship of this artisan manufacturer, which closed in 1968. Very good overall condition, with a small chip underneath one of the mugs (in photo).
