Important vintage Unilux lamp – Mazda design. Base of the lamp from the French house Unilux, founded in 1956 and recognized for its robust and elegant desk and table lighting, characteristic of French design from the 1950s-1960s.

The conical wooden shaft, tapered from the base to the top, is enhanced with rings in gilded brass at the junction of the base and at the top of the shaft, beneath the lampshade fixture.
