Very beautiful little round vase, Limoges porcelain by Camille Tharaud, vintage circa 1920-1940, probably from the 1930s, in a modern Art Nouveau style. Stamped under the base Tharaud, France, Limoges, as well as two incised inscriptions, mold mark, decorator's mark. Porcelain with white/beige enamel, shaded, decorated with stylized fern leaves resembling violin heads, extending from the base upwards, in shades of brown, hazelnut, light brown, and peacock/turquoise green. Short, turned-up neck with a peacock/turquoise green border as well. Height approximately 14.5-15cm, diameter also about 14.5-15cm max. Very good general condition, no chips, no cracks. However, it does have a few scratches and small abrasions, very discreet. Approximately 500-600g.
