Landscape format, nude woman lying down, languid, on a red cover in an abstract setting, possibly a forest, in shades of blue and green. Quite elaborate Fauvist/Post-Impressionist style, very beautiful nuances of color in the background and skin. Unframed, size 41.2x33cm, 4mm thick. Overall good condition, with some minor signs of age, particularly the edges and slightly worn corners, especially the upper corners. Marks under the feet, vertical, original flesh-colored paint. Other small signs of age possible. Weighs approximately 400g, no back attachment. From a small collection of works by the same unidentified artist, with a unique and sensitive style, typical of the figurative modernity of the 50s-60s.
