Description
Superb set of 4 nesting baskets/boxes made of light woven bamboo, vintage Asian craftsmanship from the 70s. Round, flattened shapes with lids. Very nice work, beautiful quality of weaving. Sizes from largest to smallest: The largest is 45cm in diameter and 19cm in height. Medium is 39cm in diameter and 15cm in height, slightly smaller medium is 31cm in diameter and 13cm in height, and the smallest is 25cm in diameter and 11cm in height. All in very good used condition, with some rubbing marks on the smallest of the two mediums in particular, some minor wear on the bamboo on the lids, and 2x2 broken strands on the largest, with overall discreet wear. Interiors are very clean. Approximately 4kg for the entire set.
