RELIQUARY 19TH ANGERS DIOCESE 5 RELICS WAX STAMP CERTIFICATE BRASS C2671 This reliquary is 19th. When we open it we find the wax seal with the coat of arms of the diocese of Angers. We found a folded certificate inside the reliquary with the Diocese of Angers armory Josephus Joseph Rumeau in mind. On the back of this document, freehand annotation on the Saints of the relic.1- Saint Pierre Damien2- Saint Gilles3- Saint Marcien4- Saint Terence5- Saint Jean Everything is in brass with rhinestones. It lacks a rhinestone at the top. Sold as presented in the photos, unaffected. Joseph Rumeau, born in Tournon-d'Agenais on January 11, 1849 and died on February 9, 1940 in Angers, is a French prelate. Ordained priest on May 25, 1872, appointed bishop of Angers on July 7, 1898, he received his bubbles on the following November 28. He was consecrated on February 2, 1899 by Mgr Cœuret-Varin, bishop of Agen, assisted by Mgr Mathieu, archbishop of Toulouse, and Mgr Fallières, bishop of Saint-Brieuc. He remained bishop of Angers until his death on February 9, 1940.
