Vintage from the 80s, Charles Fields Manufacture Haviland, a reproduction of a soft porcelain cooler from St. Cloud dating back to 1725-1740, made for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Marked and stamped on the base. Nice simple shape with a round foot, fluted reliefs on the base, the lower part of the body, and the upper rim. Decorated with scrolls, floral, plant, fern patterns, berries flowers... In relief on the body, adorned with 2 grimacing goblin heads serving as handles. Stunning details, fine porcelain. 18.8cm in height, 17.5cm max internal diameter (top, slightly flared) 24-25cm max width with handle.
