Large stoneware vase, gourd or moon-shaped, by the brand Sia, a Swedish company founded in 1963.
The stoneware is coated with a crackled glaze in caramel and taupe tones, with a gradient that changes depending on the light. The oval neck, off-center and tapered, allows for the creation of graphic bouquets: a few stems of grasses, dried flowers, or a single branch are enough. Thicker at the base (7 cm) than at the neck (5 cm), it narrows as it rises, giving it an elegant silhouette and very good stability.
A beautiful decorative presence that finds its place on a sideboard, console, or shelf.
"Sia Collection" label under the base, with four black felt pads. The vase comes from an old collection of the brand but remains of recent date.
Overall good condition, no cracks. A small chip is noted under the base.
