Lot of three fine porcelain serving pieces, made by the Moulins des Loups pottery (Orchies, Nord), model “Nappe”, around 1950-1960. The olive green checkered decoration is done with a stencil, the back of the pieces and the body of the soup tureen are in plain white glaze.

The lot includes a round soup tureen with two handles, its lid and button-shaped grip; a round shallow dish; and a cake plate with two side handles.

They are stamped “Orchies – Nord – Moulin des Loups – France” under the round dish and under the cake plate, the latter also carrying the indication “Nappe”. The soup tureen is not stamped; it matches the other two pieces in decoration and color.

In very good overall condition. A small chip on one of the two handles of the soup tureen (see photo). A few small orange spots on the lower edge of the soup tureen's lid (see photo). Light signs of use overall. The round dish shows a network of fine crazing in the glaze, characteristic of old porcelain.
