Beautiful table lamp, impressive, mid-century Scandinavian design style, thick turned wood base relatively light, sculpted from solid wood with a large free wooden ring. Fitting at the top, original socket and black wire screwed onto a washer at the top, large vintage fabric lampshade (nylon?) cream/white, bordered with gold and brown plastic at the base and top in an elongated and flattened shape. Base height 37cm, maximum diameter 15cm (ring). Total height with shade 63cm, maximum width of shade 34-36cm, maximum depth of shade 20cm. Wire length approximately 1m. It can serve as a floor lamp but will also look stunning on a console or dresser. Unmarked. Very good overall condition, two small cracks in the woodwork at the base, relatively minor, some marks of wear and tear, quite discreet, lampshade clean. Functional. Weighs approximately 3.5kg.
