Folding chair of the "camp chair" or "director's chair" type, made of turned wood imitating bamboo (faux bamboo), with a seat, backrest, and footrest made of sturdy chocolate brown canvas, stretched and secured with wooden passers.

Classic X-shaped structure with exposed metal hinges, feet ending in small turned knobs at the back.

The folding mechanism is functional, in line with early to mid-20th century boat/beach or garden lounge chairs. The "registered design" stamp indicates a protection of the model registered by the manufacturer at the time — a sign of a small commercially identified French production.
