Majolica (enameled porcelain) candy dish from Bassano (Italy), of nice size and signed underneath.
Relief decoration depicting cherubs (putti), with a lid topped by a small seated angel figure. Very good overall condition with a small discreet chip on the nose of the cherub on the lid, visible in the photo but not detracting from the charm of the piece.
A typical creation of Italian majolica craftsmanship, blending classical refinement and vintage charm.
