Small Italian decorative ceramic from the 1960s with a modernist design. Compact sculptural shape with a side opening, circular piercing, and wavy handle, typical of the Italian design of the time, in the spirit of the productions of the Bertoncello workshop.
Beautiful warm brown glazing with orange nuances, achieved by layering glazes during firing, giving a slightly speckled appearance characteristic of Mid-Century Modern Italian decorative ceramics.
Can be used as a small vase, a catchall, very nice as a sauce boat or a simple decorative object.
