Pairs of chairs known as Engelstuhl, a production from the Fiume factory, a port city on the Adriatic (Austro-Hungarian empire) 1890/1900. This factory joined the MUNDUS company in 1907. Beautiful construction with respectable wood sections. Chairs in very good condition, suitable for everyday use. Excellent ergonomics, almost like an armchair! Seat height: 47 cm - Total height: 92 cm - Seat diameter: 41.5 cm - Total width: 45 cm. The design of the backrest is a nearly exact copy of No. 36 by KOHN. Under natural shellac, light walnut.
