Marcel CHESNEAU remained famous in Nantes for his watercolors of the Loire, the Vendée marshes and the Morbihan. He only specialized in watercolors in the 1960s on the advice of Albert Mignon-Massart, who then ran rue Boileau one of the best galleries in the province.
