Note an inscription at the back "Gratas", it is titled Research of Perenniality. It probably represents part of a church in a village, we can see roofs with different shapes, trees to the left. The watercolor is in good general condition, friction and wear to be noted, there is no more glass, the paper is a little curled, the frame is damaged and the background needs to be reattached.
