Thonet N°222 side table in bent wood, made around 1904, in the dimensions listed in the 1914 catalog. It can be considered as a desk, work table, or dining nook. It bears the number 8122 in the second nomenclature. Original American mahogany stain, under shellac varnish. The top is made of solid oak, retaining its "service" patina, in beautiful condition. The palmettes give it volume, a certain elegance, and even a definite elegance. No marking, but the style and dimensions are convincing. The apron, under the table, leaves ample space to sit on a standard chair with a seat height of 47 cm.
