Thonet Chair No. 19 called "Engelstuhl" (angel chair), a model created by Thonet before 1875. Only one chair is photographed, the other is caned. The price is per unit. This lot dates from 1880/1890. They are stamped in the seat belt. These chairs have the "oak style" option from the Thonet catalog, they are obviously made of beech and a special decoration imitating the typical veins of oak ennobles them in a way.
