SILVER STAR DIADEM COMB 19th OLD MAN OF FACE COCK GOLDSMITH AH M464This old 19th century tiara is in silver. It is golden on the front, adorned with a star filled with red rhinestones. Note several hallmarks (three hallmarks are affixed to the works from 1798 to 1809): - A large guarantee hallmark: an old man from the front, here framed with departmental figures? difficult to identify.- A fineness hallmark illuminating the quantity of silver present in the alloy in the shape of a 2nd grade rooster here for an alloy at 800 thousandths. - A rhombus hallmark of a master silversmith, hard to identify AH? This tiara weighs 45 grams. Note wear on the gilding, micro-scratches. Small gaps on the black background at the level of the star.
