Brass frame stamped B and C
Guard with three branches, the main one with R R hallmarks in a circle for Squadron Leader JEAN-PAUL REALLON Director of Manufacture from 01/28/1876 to 12/18/1883 and marking N° 25478.
Beautiful straight mirror blade, with flat back marked "Mre d'Armes de Châl Oct 1883 Cavalerie Légère Mle 1882" and hollow sides. Heel hallmarks B and C
Scabbard with an iron bracelet hallmarked C and N° 25478, On the "slice" 22 and four other hallmarks to discover! The dare is a little oxidized because often left lying on the ground (to be polished?)
