Up and Down: Napoleon III. It is made of enameled navy blue ceramic, painted with romantic scenes with ancient women. Two polychrome scenes inscribed in an oval cartouche surrounded by acanthus. It is not complete, the pulleys are missing. Diameter: 8 cm. 15 cm total height. Absolutely superb piece to install on a lamp to raise or lower the lampshade. Perfect condition.
