This trompe l'oeil jar with lid representing the bread crust perfectly illustrates our French bakery. The Manufacture of Charles Pillivuyt seeks to develop hence the manufacture of this pot which can be used in the oven as a terrine, bread mold or brioche. It can therefore integrate household kitchens.

This pot is made of fire porcelain, confirmed by its hard, glassy, white interior. The lid is perforated at the factory to release steam. It is marked on the base with the Pillivuyt stamp. Pillivuyt is an old and very famous porcelain factory located in the center of France in Mehun-sur-Yevre. Its period of manufacture can be understood between 1910 and 1940. This magnificent little pot, reflecting a very beautiful history that of this factory, can quite simply be collected.

Information:
This porcelain terrine actually belongs to the culinary world, including that of baking. No perishable food products are offered for sale. As for the trompe l'oeil in galettes des rois, the latter are not planned for sale either.
