FABRIC PANEL EMBROIDERED THREADS INDIA XXTH GOLDEN THREADS INDIA PEARL GLASS A4100Here is a panel in embroidered threads, gold threads. It is an ancient Indian work of the 20th century. The embroidery work is impressive, especially on the elephant which is in high relief. Probably a work of silk below on a black background, a work of glass beads on the edge. A white wooden rod serves as a frame, everything is beautifully crafted. We report some stains, rubbing and wear on the beads and embroidery. Sold uncleaned, as found.
