Pretty pair of oval ramekins in Sarreguemines earthenware, dating from the 1970s.
On a finely speckled cream background, large stylized flowers are hand-painted in shades of orange and brown, with a slightly raised texture effect, as if printed into the glaze. A brown border accents the edge.
Perfect for serving olives, raw vegetables, toast, or petits fours, or to place on a coffee table or shelf for a warm vintage spirit.
Mark "Sarreguemines France" and "dishwasher safe" mention on the back.
In superb condition, without chips or cracks, intact decoration. Light crazing of the glaze on the back, normal for the age.
