PAIR OF SILVER BEAR BOOKENDS 1930 BALLOON CUBISANT DECORATIVE ART E624Here is a rather funny pair of bookends, guaranteed to be from the Art Deco period. The bears play with a ball, they rest on two types of marble. They are in silver spelter with a golden ball. We report various friction and wear, micro-scratches and scratches. One of a bear's feet is slightly broken, possibly reattached (see 5th photo). The marble is somewhat damaged in one of the corners of the base.
