PAIR OF GOLDEN BRONZE CANDLESTICKS EMPIRE PERIOD ANGEL WING DECOR EARLY 19TH C. ON SHOWER STAND E745 This pair of candlesticks is in gilded bronze. They are from the early 19th century, beautifully crafted. You will notice a nice carving on the column, on the shower feet as well as on the cupids. Everything is beautifully made. Note that the gilding was probably cleaned a few years ago, there are remnants of gilding, but it is no longer very present. We report some scratches from use and verdigris (minimal), a bobèche is slightly deformed on the right. That said, the pair of candlesticks remain in very decent condition.
