OIL ON CANVAS YOUNG MEN A LA CIGARETTE BY F BERAUD OR P BERNARD TO IDENTIFY XXEME YEARS 50 A4126 This oil on canvas was produced by F Beraud (perhaps François Beraud) or P Bernard this is what we manage to decipher but without certainty, on the reverse we find a southern landscape probably from the same hand. An inscription on the wood at the back indicates Beraud (perhaps) and "Vue Notre-Dame des Champs Paris" which does not correspond to the landscape but perhaps at work with the young men which would indicate the district of the scene presented. The oil represents young men rather post-war 1950s, including a character with a cigarette and a hat. The oil returned in good condition with some friction and wear, it remains in a more than acceptable condition. It is sold unframed. Sold cleaned as is.
