This table lamp belongs to the famous Avventurina series created by Vincenzo Nason, one of the greatest blown glass houses on Murano Island, off Venice. Created in 1969, it showcases the centuries-old craftsmanship of Italian glass masters.
The body of the lamp is blown from deep black glass, enhanced by multiple copper aventurine inclusions — these sparkling metallic flakes obtained through an ancient technique of incorporating molten copper particles into the glass paste. The result: a play of golden and copper reflections that capture light, each piece being unique.
The flared amber glass neck emphasizes the curvaceous silhouette of the base, giving it a sculptural and warm appearance.
