Probably Flemish, it is a guilloche decoration with gilded illuminations, decorated with foliage. You can admire the finesse, the decor, the quality and the precision. The moldings are of course in wood, the guilloché decoration is very well made, very precise. There are gaps as you can see, especially in the corners, inside the frame, traces of old cossons (treated so nothing unacceptable), missing corners, scratches, wear and friction.
