Superb and very beautiful Parade Saber from the GDR (former East Germany). Comes from my collection, I am parting with it due to lack of space.

Rare and superb officer's saber from East Germany of the G.D.R., probably a later production after the fall of the Federal Republic, around 1995-2000, the belt is older. These sabers were produced in the ''MULHAUSEN'' factory which has not made them since 1991, the remaining stock was sold after the fall of the USSR and the GDR in 1991. Superb chrome blade, scabbard painted black with an opening for leather, filigree in leather and silver metal. Superb saber in very good condition. Scabbard with a single ring covered in black paint, in superb condition. Symbolic of East Germany, fixed on the guard. Beautiful piece from my private collection, I am parting with it due to lack of space!
