ENGRAVING 19TH CHILDHOOD AND FIRST PRODIGES OF MOSES C LASINIO M1132This interpretative engraving entitled "Childhood and first prodigies of Moses" is based on a painting by Benozzo Gozzoli and engraved by Carlo Lasinio. Engraver Carlo Lasinio, born February 10, 1759 in Treviso and died March 29, 1838 in Pisa, was an Italian engraver. Painter Benozzo Gozzoli, born Benozzo di Lese di Sandro in 1420 or 1424 in Sant'Ilario a Colombano, near Badia di Settimo and died on October 4, 1497 in Pistoia, is one of the major painters of the Florentine school whose masterpiece is the Cortege of the Magi in the Medici-Riccardi Palace. For the state, we report black spots, freckles, the paper is yellowed all around the engraving, small tears, small gaps, folds and creases around the perimeter and the angles, friction and micro - scratches on the engraving, however it remains in a decent state of conservation.
