It is nicely caned on the sides. The patina is tasteful. This chair is very comfortable. You will notice that the skai seat is damaged, we report rubbing and creases from use on the seats, black marks on the front of the seat, note a small depression on one of the sides on the caning, patina wear on the wood. Attention, our furniture is sold unrestored, unprepared, defects due to age must be accepted.
