Laplagne Nubian or Egyptian 20th century H6669 Here is a pretty subject signed by Guillaume Laglagne (1870-1927) representing a Nubian or Egyptian woman holding a tray as an offering. This statuette is from the 20th century, there is no doubt about its age and authenticity. It has its original black patina. For the condition, note traces of wear and scratches on the feet and knees, a chip on the top, a scratch on the neck, a few stains on the bust. However, the whole is in rather good general condition.
