Beautiful colored ceramic liqueur bottle depicting a duck.
This bottle dates back to the 1950s and was perched on a shelf in my parents' bistro!
It is in very good condition, no chips.
It served as advertising for the Garnier distillery products in Enghien-les-Bains, as well as a series of other "wild" animals; the Garnier company initially envisioned it as a water carafe, but it quickly became used to hold liqueur.
This bottle is stamped under the base, see photo.
Dimensions:
Height: 31 centimeters
Base: 12 x 9 centimeters (at the widest)
