Its vibrant decoration features a phoenix in mid-flight surrounded by peony flowers, chrysanthemums, butterflies, and symbols of longevity, while the border alternates stylized fish and crustaceans on a red and green geometric background. A true tribute to nature and the mythical beauty of the East. The reverse bears a hand-painted red marking, typical of productions from the Samson factory in Paris (circa 1860–1890), renowned for its refined interpretations of Far Eastern porcelain. ?
