Bits and Bobs' favorite is this superb English writing desk! The light shade of the wood and its curved lines give it a lot of softness.
We also appreciate its versatility: a library section, a desk area made up of small "pigeonholes," and a chest of drawers with three drawers, whose metal handles are so beautifully crafted.
Its curved, slightly sculpted legs add a certain charm to this piece of furniture. Restored in our Normandy workshop, this piece has been entirely sanded to restore its natural patina, then varnished to protect the wood. Overall in good condition (see photos).
