ZOOMORPHIC FAT LAVA CERAMIC VASE SIGNED JASBA NUMBERED N3121132 1970 C2544 This vase is made of ceramic. Fat Lava ceramic designates, in a somewhat reductive way, the productions of German factories and studios from the 1950s to 1970s. It takes its name from the effects of enamelling in relief, frequently used with orange-yellow colors, which give the surface of the pieces a characteristic appearance of bubbling lava. The term Fat Lava first appeared as the title of the German ceramic exhibition held in London in July-August 2006. The most widespread and widely exported productions come from Bay, Dümler & Breiden, Scheurich, Carstens, Jasba, Strehla or Roth. The coins are usually signed with a molded relief mark, W.GERMANY or WEST GERMANY, and a two-part numbering. The first number corresponds to the vase model which can receive multiple different enamels. The second number usually corresponds to the size of the piece. The photos are an integral part of the description. Dimensions: Height: 31.5 cm Neck diameter: 14.8 cm Width: 28.7 cm (handle to handle) Base diameter: 17 cm S : CTUQT7PW I remain at your disposal for any questions.
