PORTRAIT BY AIME HENRY WOMAN XXEME 1960 FIGURE AUTOMNALE GOUACHE A4151This surrealist figure entitled "Figure Automnale" was made by Aimé Henry in 1960. Aimé Henry Figanières says that Henry loved, is a French painter, sculptor, ceramist and writer, born in Vetch in Loiret in 1909, died in 1981. Very young, henri figanières studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Orléans, then became an apprentice to a master glassmaker in 1923. At eighteen, he was 'is moved to his own account while continuing the pictorial research as the transition from the abstract to surrealist symbolism and fantasy. Sometimes he painted on wood or on gold brass backgrounds. From 1932 to 1940 in Paris, he worked at the opera, as well as at the comic opera, as chief designer. He went to the Académie de la grande maison and the Académie Colarossi, and became a student of Despiau sculpture. Since 1947 he has held the chair of ceramics which was created at the École des Beaux-Arts in Orléans. Henry exhibits to French artists in the French school hall, the winter garden and in regional shows. We report scratches especially on the face, friction in various places, stains and defects on the pass, however the work remains in a more than adequate condition. The bottom is to be reattached. It is sold in its natural juice. Sold uncleaned restored. For the state thank you for detailing the photos. Do not hesitate to zoom. The photos are an integral part of the description.
